Kitty Finklea, R.D.N., L.D., C.P.T
Head Coach + Registered DietitianKitty Finklea, is a registered dietitian/nutritionist and certified personal trainer from Florence, SC. She has worked with kids and families for over 20 years to find simple, easy and fun ways to incorporate healthy eating and physical activity into daily habits that last a lifetime. In addition to coaching at fitsmi, Kitty also works with clients and families at a medical fitness facility and teaches nutrition online at a local community college.
Sarah Waybright, R.D.N.
Registered Dietitian + CoachSarah is a Registered Dietitian with a healthy passion for food who lives in Washington, DC. She believes that if people learn more about how food affects their bodies, they will make better choices and feel better, too! When she’s not cooking, thinking about food, or writing about food, she loves to hike, camp, and try new things that are scary (like hang gliding!). To relax and recharge, she does pottery and kickboxing. Her favorite kitchen appliance is her Ninja blender.

Andrea Berez, R.D.N.
Registered Dietitian + CoachAndrea is a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition. She specializes in weight management and eating disorders, and has a passion for helping children, teens and families develop their own unique set of healthy lifestyle changes. Outside of coaching, Andrea enjoys spending time with her two young daughters, husband, and her gentle giant of a dog, Shelby.
Maria Martin, R.D.N., M.P.H.
Registered Dietitian + CoachMaria has over 20 years experience as a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about helping adults and children develop a healthy relationship with food and experience the benefits of good nutrition. Her practice focuses on child and family nutrition, weight management, food allergies and sensitivities, and corporate wellness. In her local Lake Tahoe, CA community, Maria established and directs a Nutrition Coalition that provides hands on nutrition education to children and families, promotes environmental change to prevent childhood obesity, and works closely with the local school district. Maria enjoys running, hiking, skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding and camping with her husband and three teenagers.
Holly Larson, R.D.N.
Registered Dietitian + CoachRegistered Dietitian and foodie living and working in Oxford Ohio, Holly grew up cooking with her mom and gardening with her dad and loves to share her passion for delicious food with her clients. She loves to travel, salsa dance, curl up with a great book and try new recipes. Good nutrition fueled Holly’s bike ride from New York City to Washington DC.
Amy Drescher, R.D.N., Ph.D.
Registered Dietitian + CoachAmy Drescher is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and certified group fitness instructor from Tucson, Arizona. With over 20 years experience in the nutrition industry, Amy has worked in medical, research, athletics and wellness areas. She is a published researcher who has a passion for translating the latest science into practical information anyone can apply to everyday life. She has a doctoral degree in nutrition and a minor in exercise physiology. She teaches online for local community college, leads mat pilates classes at local gyms, and is raising three active boys.
Amy Fisher, R.D.N.
Registered Dietitian + CoachAmy is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and Certified Wellness Coach. As owner of Fisher Wellness LLC, she helps people create lives of purpose, balance and wellness. Amy also delights in educating, inspiring and empowering teens and families to nourish their bodies through healthy eating and exercise. Amy lives in Indiana with her husband and 3 teenagers. She loves being active and has completed a marathon and several triathlons. Her favorite ethnic food is Indian, a result of living there for 6 months (plus you get to eat it with your hands!).
